Refund policy

Due to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept any exchanges or returns. Orders cannot be cancelled once it has been processed. If anything needs to be changed within your order, please email us at maexblooms@gmail.com within 24 hours. 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If for any reasons your item(s) is defected or damaged, issues must be indicated to us within 24 hours.

Any return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. For any refunds that may occur, we will not refund the shipping costs or delivery fees.

 

USA & International orders (tags only)
Packages destined for locations outside of Canada may be subject to customs/duty fees. These charges will be the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what potential costs will be prior to buying. We will not refund items that that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes. Packages may be reshipped at the customer's expense.
