Shipping
All our products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 3-5 days to process your orders. Shipping times may vary depending on location.

We unfortunately do not ship to any PO boxes.

CANADA
Flat rate shipping: $15 
Currently offering free shipping on all tags!
*FREE SHIPPING over $150 (before tax)

USA
Only tags will be available to ship to USA
Tracked shipping: $7CAD
Approx 3-6 business days (expect to have some possible delays)

International
Only tags will be available to ship internationally
Tracked shipping: $10CAD
Approx 5-22 business days (expect to have some possible delays) 

Pickup
We currently have two local pickup locations (Thornhill & Midtown Toronto). If you would like to pickup your order in Midtown, please include in notes at checkout. Please note that pickup times are not guaranteed.

Delivery
Please choose a day in which the recipient will be home as re-deliveries may occur to extra fees. Make sure to provide recipient's phone number, buzzer etc when placing an order for delivery (we will only contact the recipient if necessary). In the case a delivery is made and the recipient is not home or delayed, the order may be left at the front door or with security/concierge.

During the heat of the summer and cold winter months, our flowers and balloons unfortunately cannot be left outdoors for long periods of time.

We offer local delivery across the GTA - fees will apply depending on location, please contact us for availability.
